Plot
Troubled teen Angela Aberdeen gives herself over to a master who films her as he put her to work as a prostitute and stripper, while degrading and torturing her.
Slaughtered Vomit Dolls was the most notorious film from director Lucifer Valentine. It was the first in a trilogy of films that Valentine has named The Vomit Gore Trilogy and was followed by ReGoregitated Sacrifice (2008) and Slow Torture Puke Chamber (2010). The series was ended with the death of lead actress Ameara Lavey (born Brandy Petrie) who was killed along with a friend after being shot in a car by a man in 2017. Elsewhere, Valentine has made a series of other films that include Black Metal Veins (2012), A Perfect Child of Satan (2012), Black Mass of the Nazi Sex Wizard (2015) and The Angela Chapters (2020).
Lucifer Valentine is a controversial figure in underground cinema. Part of this is the mystique of outrage he has created around himself. His real name is not known, while it is not even clear if he is an American or a Canadian filmmaker. There are assorted videos and Reddit articles around claiming to expose him, although these are contradictory and denied by others. There are various allegations floating around that he groomed underage girls and of his abusive and coercive methods of dealing with his actresses.
However, these statements are mired in inconsistencies, as well as claims that Valentine intimidates anybody who says things against him. For all that, there is a complete lack of any criminal charges having been brought against Valentine ie. if any of these allegations had made it to court, you would guarantee there would be screaming headlines about “Underground filmmaker Lucifer Valentine charged … or identified as ____.”
There is no plot to Slaughtered Vomit Dolls, not even an effort made to develop the semblance of one. It just consists of serial scenes of various girls acting as hookers, stripping and being variously degraded and tortured. The most the film approaches a plot is that it focuses on Ameara Lavey more than any of the other girls. It is a film that has been very deliberately intended to come with the aesthetic of a Snuff Movie. It also comes with a soundtrack that mostly consists of industrial noise and frequently has the feel of the audio being recorded underwater and in slow-motion.
There are a lot of scenes in the film with people vomiting. Which I suppose shouldn’t surprise or shock me given that the title is Slaughtered Vomit Dolls. Girls are seen purging and there are extended scenes of Ameara Lavey vomiting into a toilet, even directly onto the camera lens. I must admit to being grossed out by scenes of one man vomiting into a beer mug and then drinking the contents and seeming to do so again.
This is clearly someone’s fetish being worked out here – there is even a name for it ‘emetophilia’ – sexual pleasure derived from vomiting or watching people vomit. Given the recurrence of such emetophiliac themes among Lucifer Valentine’s abovelisted titles, my guess is that it is his. On the other hand, emetophilia is not one of my fetishes and these extended scenes watching girls vomiting soon starts to become nauseating no matter my dedication to watch extreme cinema.
